Buxly Red Oxide Primer has been formulated to provide excellent anticorrosive properties and a smooth primed surface for all types of synthetic enamel finishes. It is applied by brush or roller and used as a general purpose primer on mild steel structures such as gates, grills and other household products. It is very popular as an industrial primer and usually applied by spray after appropriate thinning with Buxly’s Mixing Thinner, on mild steel structures such as girders, truck, bus bodies and trailers etc.
The prepared surface should be overcoated with one or two coats of Red Oxide Primer before fabrication and erection depending on the nature of the project requirements.
